Ever wondered what keeps our dental practice running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Dental Practice Manager, I’m often asked what my role involves—and the truth is, it’s a little bit of everything!
From the moment our doors open, I’m focused on creating a calm, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. That means overseeing appointment systems, managing compliance and safety protocols, supporting our practice team, and ensuring the business side of the practice stays on track.

Patient Experience: I make sure every visit feels seamless—from booking to follow-up. Happy patients are at the heart of what we do.
Team Support: I recruit, train, and support our fantastic staff, helping them grow and deliver outstanding care.
Compliance & Safety: I stay on top of regulations, making sure we meet the highest standards in hygiene, data protection, and practice governance.
Practice Growth: Whether it’s introducing new treatments or refining our financial systems, I help steer the practice toward sustainable success.
