Sotirios is the owner of High Street Dental Care. He studied at Athens University and graduated in 2004. He worked for several years in Sheffield and Chesterfield before taking over High Street Dental Care in February 2017. He has a personal interest in Restorative/Adhesive Dentistry, Minor Oral Surgery and Implantology, having completed his Masters in restorative dentistry at Sheffield University in 2008 and a yearlong certificate course in Implantology at Manchester Trafford Hospital in 2010.
Sotirios is also a partner at Staveley Dental Care in Chesterfield which started as a new practice in May 2010. He strives for excellence and has a reputation for delivering clinical and patient care to the very highest standard. This is communicated to the next generation of dentists through the Dental Foundation Training Scheme and Sotirios has been a Foundation Trainer for the South Yorkshire and East Midlands Deaneries since 2009 having mentored several young graduates so far.

Paul qualified in December 1988 from Sheffield University Dental School and has been a general dental practitioner for 29 years. He founded High Street Dental Care in 1991 and throughout his career has gained invaluable experience from working in both NHS and, more recently, Private practice carrying out routine, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry to the highest standards.
During this time he has been involved in the training of dental nurses and graduate dentists at the practice and was awarded a Certificate in Clinical Education with Merit from Sheffield Hallam University in 2011.

Charlotte qualified from Sheffield in 1997 and then worked in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery for 2 years in Manchester and Wakefield. In 2000 she gained her MFDS, a diploma which shows an enhanced knowledge, understanding, experience and clinical competence in dentistry. She returned to General Practice in 2000 and has worked at High Street Dental Care since 2005.
Charlotte has also spent time at Charles Clifford Dental Hospital supervising undergraduate students in Oral Surgery.
Charlotte is married with 2 children. She aims to provide high quality dental care in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Mr William Tighe

William Tighe graduated from The University of Sheffield in 2009. He undertook postgraduate position at The Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in 2010 improving his skills in orthodontics, paediatrics, oral surgery and restorative dentistry.
William became a permanent member of the team at High Street Dental in 2011. He has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry. William prioritises taking the time with each patient to discuss his or her needs, creating a tailored treatment plan to ensure the best results. William enjoys providing care for the whole family, utilising stickers and puppets to make young children feel as relaxed as possible.
He is qualified to provide Cfast orthodontic treatment a fast, discrete and affordable method to straighten adult teeth.
On a more personal level William loves the outdoors and enjoys mountaineering and skiing.

Emily joined us in September 2007, having qualified from Sheffield University in 2006 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and a Diploma in Dental Therapy. Originally from Peterborough, Emily also works at two other dental practices in Sheffield. Currently working Tuesdays and Wednesdays for us, Emily’s dual roles are as a Dental Therapist (fillings on adult and child teeth, extraction of children’s teeth) and a Dental Hygienist (gum therapies, oral hygiene advice, scaling and polishing of teeth.) Emily’s role enhances and develops the preventive ethos of our practice, helping improve oral health to maintain general health.
Having worked previously as a dental nurse for 6 years, Emily has a great deal of experience working within dentistry and patient care. Emily likes to spend her spare time walking, and has done a giant trek in the Himalayas in 2016, doing voluntary work there as her ‘recovery’
